Our refund and cancellation policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the coaching sessions or services must not have been utilized or scheduled. Refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by proof of payment.

- Completed or partially completed coaching sessions
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- If a coaching session is canceled by the client less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- If the service has been partially used, a prorated refund may be considered.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Sale Items
Only regular-priced services may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace services if there is an error on our part or if the service was not delivered as described. If you need to exchange a service, please send us an email at [insert email address].
Gifts
If the service was marked as a gift when purchased and delivered directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the service wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Cancellations
To cancel a scheduled coaching session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for a full refund.
